Jasmine is kind, honest and very professional. I visited her after suffering with sudden unexplained shoulder pain back in August. At intial consultation Jasmine identified the issue and i have visited jasmine four times since and the issue has definitely eased and i am now on the road to recovery. Initially i couldn't lift my arm into the air but now i am able to move it freely and this has happened due to Jasmine working on the area and supplying me exercises to perform at home. Each week Jasmine checks my progress and asks how the time has been since our last appointment. I experienced pain, discomfort for years (10+) and had to change certain movements to make it bearable/pain free, including the way I slept for years. I had terrible headaches, neck pain, sciatica and shoulder problems. After seeing a chiro for months, and £££ nothing changed and I still was in pain. I searched for local osteo and so thankful that Jasmine popped up. The fact she works on animals too really appealed to me. If she can fix an animal that can't speak to her then surely she can fix me, right!!! Well, so glad I found her because after 1 session she did. My shoulder felt immediately different and pain free. She gave me exercises to improve strength and positioning. We have worked together for over a year now and I can not live without her. I do a very physical job and her work has changed my life. I can sleep however I want, rather than trying to find that one position that was pain free for ages. I don't have sciatic pain anymore. My headaches are gone. Everytime I feel a new twinge or pain I go straight back and she helps me understand where or how it's happened, plus gives me exercises to help combat and prevent it. Jasmine has been treating our dog who has very sensitive paws and an extreme dislike of grooming. He loves her and is so excited when she rings the doorbell. He has gone from growling at her when she touched his paws to allowing her to manipulate both front and back paws. Brilliant!
